Morocco Tour in 6 Days from Casablanca Reviews:
6 days Desert Tour from Casablanca to Marrakech
We booked this trip because we also wanted the desert and the Atlas Mountains. It is the only tour company I have offered with a destination in Fez, and we will definitely book it again. Communication was easy and they always responded quickly, our driver was told he was a very experienced and friendly driver. We always felt safe with him, he was reliable and always on time, for example when we were with Sarah. The Toyota Landrover was in perfect condition and very clean.
The tour was exactly as shown on the site, and the stay went throughout the trip with exceptional hospitality.
Amazing private 6 Days trip from Casablanca to Marrakech
We chose a 6 days tour from Casablanca with pick up in Casablanca and drop off in Marrakech. It was truly something we will never forget! Every day on the road was special in its own way and the rooms every night were unique, comfortable, and clean. We decided to spend the money and take a luxury private tour and it was well worth it. The desert camp was much better than expected and a lot of fun with amazing views of the sunset and the stars at night.
We were able to set our own itinerary with the help of our driver to maximize the experience and value of each day. We stopped at popular attractions and also did a lot of things off the beaten track, away from the tourist crowds. Our driver Hassan was amazing! His attention to our needs was evident from the moment he picked us up until we said goodbye 6 days later in Casablanca. He is a true gentleman with a deep knowledge of the history, geography, and people of Morocco.
He was our driver, interpreter, teacher, and our friend. At each place, we stopped, made new friends, and saw beautiful scenery and people. There was good food and music every day and the time in the car was fun and comfortable. We had the opportunity to travel the world and do many things and it was the trip of a lifetime!
We would definitely recommend the Marrakech Tour Company to friends and we are already planning to return to explore the coast next year with MTC. Many thanks to Hassan, Said, and Ahmed for making our trip to Morocco unforgettable.
The best 6 days desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech
He moved into this company after a few hours of searching the Internet. To book, I went to his website and made a request. From there I received an email from Hassan with travel details and a link to pay a deposit. After paying the deposit, be sure to reply to the email to confirm your trip details, such as the riads where it must be collected and left.
Our guide, Said, responded on WhatsApp and immediately took us on the first morning to start the trip.
I can’t stress enough that my sister and I enjoyed having a private guide drive us across Morocco. Said seemed to have an answer to all our questions, however ridiculous. She was also very flexible and never insisted that we buy things.
There was definitely a lot of driving during this race, but you can’t avoid it and Said did a good job sweeping the stops with some excellent photo opportunities where he could stretch his legs a bit.
The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the camel ride in the Sahara. The camel ride was fun and watching the sunset/walking on the dunes was a fantastic experience.
In the end, if you want to book a visit to Morocco, paying extra money and booking a private (or even shared) tour with a dedicated guide is crucial. You feel very safe and it is much more relaxing with someone you trust who takes care of the transport from one place to another.
Also a professional tip: if you come in January, the desert field can be quite cold.

Chefchaouen Blue pearl
The blue pearl of Morocco is an enchanting destination that will thrill fans of history, hiking, food, and shopping. Impossible not to love Chefchaouen!
Chefchaouen is adorable. period. Everyone loves it: even those who came here fearing to find a hyper-touristy and overrated city, much less interesting than his fame does not make you believe, ended up falling madly in love.
Fez Morocco
In the northern part of Morocco, nestled in a fertile valley in the hills of the Maghreb, 350 meters above sea level, the imperial city of Fez is a veritable bastion of the country’s culture and identity. Upon entering Fez (or Fez), you will have the feeling of diving into the past and breathing medieval air: your senses will be lost among beautiful landscapes, special sounds, rich aromas, and many colors.
Liitle Switzerland of Morocco ( Ifrane )
Ifrane, the city of the Moroccan Middle Atlas, is characterized by its European urbanism. Located in the mountains of the Middle Atlas, it is an oasis of excellent freshness and vegetation: lakes, fountains, the change of decoration is total, surprising and regenerating for landscape lovers.
You will feel the freshness as soon as you arrive in Ifrane. Fountains and lakes abound in this region in the heart of a forest of cedars. The chalets with an inclined roof evoke Switzerland surprisingly.
Azrou Cedar forest
This tree is called “The Gouraud Cedar”. The Cedar Gouraud died in 2003 probably following earthworks near its roots. It has been kept standing where it is still visible. It was reputed to be the largest cedar in Morocco, but it is very likely that other similar cedars remain to be discovered in the Middle Atlas.
The circumference measurements were taken the dead tree, devoid of bark. If we consider an average bark rate of about 10%, its circumference before its death was about 8.30m to 8.40m on bark.
Oasis of The Ziz valley
In the south of Morocco, the Ziz Valley is one of the most beautiful oasis valleys to visit in the south of Morocco. The Ziz Valley is fed by the Ziz Valley, which has dug its bed with force into the folds of the Atlas, forming impressive cliffs to pour into one of the largest palm trees in the world. Here the water is a source of beauty, it splashes the way into the desert.
Gate of the Sahara desert ( Erfoud )
Erfoud is a large city located about 20 km from Rissani. Its past as a garrison city makes it a city with streets too wide and too straight. Once the starting point for the dunes of the Erg Chebbi (until the construction of a new road), the city is somewhat abandoned but there are some of the best tables (it houses a hotel school).
Merzouga Sahara Desert
Merzouga is located in eastern Morocco, close to the border with Algeria (about fifty kilometers away). It’s actually a small Moroccan village.
Merzouga has located 350 km from Ouarzazate, 200 km from Tinghir, and 650 km from Marrakech. Or 470 km south of Fez, which isn’t close…
Rissani Souk
Located only 20km from Erfoud, the city of Rissani offers a unique experience, combining travel in time and immersion in one of the most authentic souks of Morocco.
The Souk is particularly lively on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Very large, it is divided into several sectors, called Rahbas, meaning squares. The merchants spread a wide range of local and imported products to meet the daily needs of the inhabitants of the entire region.
Todgha Valley
Discover the Todgha valley, an exceptional setting to venture off the beaten track! On a walk in the heart of this immense oasis, you will encounter breathtaking landscapes of canyons and green gorges. Located about fifty kilometers from the Dades gorges, the valley unfolds between the High Atlas in the north and the djebel Saghro in the south. It has preserved many Ksours and kasbahs, which extend along the wadi, in the middle of date palms and herds of sheep and goats, the only riches of the inhabitants.
Valley of Dades
The Dades gorge valley, 25 km long, is one of the most interesting in southern Morocco. It is located between Boumalne and Imdiazen. The landscapes are splendid, the houses merge with the rock and the wadi Dades takes place slowly from the high limestone plateaus. Do not miss the sunset hour: the gorges of Dades testify to all their magic.
Hollywood of Morocco ( Ouarzazate )
Founded in 1928, the wonderful city of Ouarzazate is the ideal destination for dream expeditions to Africa and more precisely to Morocco. Located 200 km south of Marrakech at the foot of the Atlas, this flamboyant city is the capital of the province of the same name. Ouarzazate in Amazigh means without noise and it reflects the image of a quiet city when you go there. It became a cinematographic commune in 1984 and enjoys great world fame. There are many artists’ studios set up to take advantage of the climatic, geographical, and economic conditions ideal for their profession. Do not miss participating in this exceptional atmosphere!
Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou
Aït Ben Haddou is a small town in Morocco. The history of Aït Ben Haddou dates back to the supremacy of the Aït Aissa clan. The army of Youssouf Ibn Tachfin, Berber king of the Almoravid dynasty, coming from the Sahara to Marrakech, invades the region and names the Aït-ben-Haddou clan. This region then became a strategic place and an obligatory passage for caravans taking the passes of Tizi Telouet and Tizi Tichka. The clan of Aït Aissa then kept an influence on the ksar. In 1956, the population preferred to settle on the right bank of the wadi Melah, thus deserting the abandoned ksar. Fortunately thanks to tourism and cinema Aït ben Haddou resurrected.
The red City ( Marrakech )
Marrakech is the main tourist destination in Morocco. The pearl of the south is very popular and for good reason: it is located between the sea and the mountains and combines Moroccan traditions and modernity to satisfy all visitors.
