2 Days tour from Fes to Chefchaouen.
We booked online with Marrakech Tour Company a 2 Days trip from Fes to Chefchaouen and have more than met our expectations. Our driver Hassan picked us up at our hotel in Fes and we headed to Chefchauen, the beautiful blue village. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a nice hotel with a large, comfortable, well-equipped room… Hasan has recommended us a restaurant to eat at, in which we have tried the famous Tangia, a delicious Moroccan dish that we have enjoyed a lot. The village has multiple magical places to visit, it is magical. we highly recommend this company.

A 2 days trip to Chefchaouen from Fes.
The city itself was great to see in person, but there was not much to do besides take pictures and walk in the medina. Sammy picked us up outside our hostel and took us to the collection point, during which he told us that no one wants a tour guide because Chefchaouen is just a chance Instagram and everyone walks. The transport experience was good because we made the right stops and we were driven to and from our hostel, but in Chefchaouenn we spent most of our time eating. I have heard that Akchour is a must-go. Use this tour if you are looking for transportation from Fes to Chefchaoeun!

Full in love with Chefchaouen 2 Days trip
We traveled to Fes and decided to take 2 days from Fes to Chefchaouen trip because they had spoken very well of the city. Despite the beating of coming and going on the same day, it is the best decision we could make! We fell in love with the city. Don’t think twice about it.
The minibus is very comfortable and so is the driver. There are a couple of stops and then you have 4 hours to get to know Chefchauen. Do not hesitate to go if you spend a couple of days in Fes!
Places to See on your 2 Days From Fes to Chefchaouen Trip
Chefchaouen, blue pearl
Chefchaouen is a pleasant and small town located in the middle of the Rif mountains in Morocco with a rich history. This old town is known for its beautiful surroundings and its architecture, but what sets it apart is the vibrant and varied shades of the blue walls – it is a variety of soothing shades of blue that reduce blood pressure in seconds.
Moulay Ali Iben Moussa founded the town of Chefchaouen in 1471. It began as a small fortress to combat the Portuguese invasions of Morocco. The Ghomara, Moorish, and Jewish tribes settled there after the Spanish reconquest in 1492. Later, in 1920, Spain conquered the old city and became part of Spanish Morocco. Then, finally, Morocco declared its independence in 1956, and Chechnya was reinstated once again.
Volubilis, Roman ruins.
Volubilis is one of the best preserved Roman ruins of Morocco located between the imperial cities of Fez and Meknes in a fertile plain surrounded by wheat fields. Founded before the Christian era, at a time when the region was part of Mauritania, Volubilis was considered the administrative center of the Kingdom of Mauritania and also One of the most remote cities of the Roman Empire, located in the southwest.
Meknes is one of the imperial cities with Fes, Marrakech, and Rabat. It is the least known and touristy of the four, but this does not make it less attractive. It is located in central Morocco, on a plateau at the foot of the Atlas Mountains.
During the reign of Moulay Ismail, it was the capital of the country, and palaces and walls of luxury were built. It was also called the Versailles of Morocco.
