5 Days tour in Morocco from Casablanca Reviews:
Fantastic 5-Day Morocco Tour from Casablanca via Merzouga to Fes
My girlfriend and I have been waiting for our holiday in Morocco for months, including the camel ride. Unfortunately, our vacation could not take place because of the corona pandemic. Unlike many other hotel or tour providers, Said was willing to immediately refund the amount of the advance already paid. This was when we were willing to make a small contribution to the difficult times for entrepreneurs like Said. Of course, we understand that it is difficult for tourist companies of our time to pay money, but entrepreneurs like Said are a good example of companies that have established a good brand and reimbursed consumers the money they are entitled to. Thank you very much for the good communication and hope to see you soon in Morocco!
Amazing 5 Days tour in Morocco from Casablanca to Fes
Our friends told us this tour was absolutely wonderful and one of their favorite experiences while studying abroad. Hassan did an amazing job emailing my group and keeping us informed at all times, and the prices were already very good for the trip. Our trip to Morocco was interrupted after we had already paid the deposit, due to COVID-19, and we had to be sent back to the United States. Hassan understood the situation well and returned our deposit to us in full. He responded immediately and was very friendly throughout the return process, it was effortless for me. We are very happy to have booked with him and when he returns I will make sure to book all my tours with him.
Perfect 5 Days in Morocco tour from Casablanca to Fes
We were going to spend a night with Hassan at the end of March 2020. Unfortunately for us, we were forced to cancel our trip to Morocco due to the Covid 19 epidemic.
The whole experience with Hassan, the communication when booking the trip, then canceling and refunding our deposit, was excellent. I’m sure these are very difficult times for Hassan due to the impact of the pandemic on tourism around the world, but I know that with this customer-centric approach, he will recover quickly as soon as the borders are crossed, and he will start to reopen. We will definitely reschedule the trip and Hassan will remain our choice for the camel ride. All the best Hassan, we hope to meet you soon!
